Gabon

Placed in a small village called Ndjole, I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer for two years in Gabon, Central Africa. I had the fortune of working with the local farmers raising rabbits, chickens and planting gardens. Using paper and water-based paints I brought from home, I painted everyday for at least two hours.  This is a small sampling of the paintings I did in that time.
