I had to see it to believe it. When I did, I learned a big lesson in scale. My biggest piece yet, Embrace, just an inch shorter then myself at 60″x36″, looked small over the mantel.  I think I’m going to start painting larger!

A lesson in scale

Since November, I have been working with Nancy Noyse to install four of my paintings in the Yampa Valley Medical Center. The centerpiece is this big one, now on permanent display in the central waiting area. The other three are clustered together in the new Women’s Health Pavilion.

Thank you to Nancy Noyse, with Noyse Art Consultant, for being such a tireless advocate for my work. We are here in the new Women’s Health Pavilion, where three more of my pieces are on permanent display.
